The Voice Inc. and the City of Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department is back again for the 19th annual FREE Round Rock Juneteenth Festival in Old Settlers Park. The concert is FREE for the entire family and parking on Saturday is $10 cash-only, with all proceeds supporting next year’s event.
